Well hello there! Today I wanted to show my favourite (and in my opinion the best) foundation and concealer around. The NARS Sheer Glow Foundation and the Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Concealer are the perfect combination for a minimal make-up look, or when built up great for special occasions. On days when I'm too lazy to bother with a full face of make-up, I use the Collection Concealer on its own to cover-up any blemishes (which are a constant on my face) and dark circles. This product is highly pigmented and has such a good coverage but still has a natural look. In this concealer I am a shade Light 2. Again and again I go back to this product and in my opinion it is amazing. The applicator is easy to use and great for applying under the eyes and the packaging is simple. Ladies and gentlemen (maybe not so much), I'd like to introduce you to my new love, the Naked 3 Urban Decay Palette. Never have I see such hype about a beauty product and now I understand why as this palette is no short of wonderful. I was given this as a Christmas present from my parents along with other make-up pieces and couldn't believe they had been able to get hold of it after its release being a few days prior. This palette is great to go from day out to night out with its 12 beautiful shades and comes with a Crease & Shadow Brush and has a rose gold theme throughout, as the tin casing suggests. The palette ranges from mattes and satins to shimmery and rose gold specked shades. From pretty pinks like Dust and Limit to beautiful deep browns like Nooner and Factory, the palette isn't short of options and one of my favorites, Blackheart, is great for definition and for a more night-out look. So my last post was well over a month ago, and I am feeling quite guilty, but I have a good excuse as I had been whisked away for 2 weeks to the beautiful island of Zakynthos in Greece. I was particularly excited for this family holiday, with my parents and sister because it was all about the relaxing on this holiday after a stressful year of exams and GCSE's. And this could not have been a more perfect place. The clothes I wore to go on the plane were basic and comfortable and suited the hot weather here in the UK as I left for Greece.
